The COSMOS CONSOLIDATED NIGERIA LIMITED was incorporated on November 12, 1991 as a Multi-Discipline Engineering business concern covering most branches of Engineering such as Instrumentation, Civil and Mechanical Engineering and we have been rendering various services to the Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals, Power and Process Industry in Nigeria.
This is being achieved with our intense focus on stimulating the necessary growth in the local business environment through our International Business affiliations with various Original Equipment Manufacturers [OEM] worldwide whose products are used within the industry specified above.
The Headquarters is situated at Suite 6, Elim Plaza, By Shell Contractor’s Gate, Warri, Delta State-Nigeria.
Prior to the date of its incorporation, the organization has existed under the name of “COSMOS ENTERPRISES’’ before its expanded activities informed the need to translate it into a limited liability company.
